100% Cat Breeder's
Responsibility
- When a cat breeder SELLS a kitty and takes
the [buyer's money] it is the sole responsibity of the SELLER/cat breeder
to make SURE that buyer is 100% satisfied and happy with their purchase.
- It is the cat breeder's responsibilty to make sure the kittens they
sell are:
1. 100% healthy,
2. with no fleas,
3. ear mites,
4. ringworm
5. no URI,
6. have all their shots.
7. or if they are on medication be honest enough to disclose that to the
buyer and the kitten can continue on its RX and get rid of whatever it
does have to make it a 100% healthy kitty.
That is the sole responsibilty of the cat breeder period!
- That is where values, morals, and ethics come into play.
That is the proof in the pudding of what an ethical pedigree cat breeder
is all about.
And how they conduct business in the public market place.
Actions & Deeds speak louder then words. Words have no value
unless its backed up 100% by actions and deeds!!
Its all based on trust, faith & honor!
They call this "SUPPLY" & "DEMAND".
That is how the commercial market place conducts itself inorder to remain
in business!
Options for Buyers
- Options for BUYERS would be to pursue legal/judgements against the cat
breeders for damages, if all falls and no resolutions can come about.
As a last resort threatening to sue the SELLER/cat breeders for all
of their material possessions, will hopfully keep them aware to make sure
before they sell another kitten it is 100% healthy & that the
buyers MUST be satsified.
- Things like................
- The car you drive
- The inheritance that was left you
- The mobile home you own
- The residential home
- The furniture you own
- The jewelry you own
- The stock & bonds you own
- The savings accounts you have
- ANY thing you OWN that has market value
- The truck you own
- The pedigree cats you own
- The dog kennel you own
- The antiques you collect
- The gold & silver coins you collect
- The land you own
- The property/buildings/apartments/business you own
Options for Seller's
- If the SELLER does not know how to conduct a business transaction with
the BUYER I suggest 2 things for the SELLER
1. Go buy a book and learn the "Ethics, Morals & Values of Retailing"
[conducting business] in the market place in the real world
2. Or GET OUT of the pedigree cat breeding business completely!
