And here is her blackmail, what gives her the authority to even think something like this, let alone demand it.

 The information given on Zizzo's site at http://b-pcb.info with reference to both of these subjects, (Bad Breeders List and FIP Infected Cattery list) is false, has nothing to do with CFA and is completely fabricated by Rose Marie Zizzo (the former owner of this site and the current owner of b-pbc.info and all the other sites listed on the home page) in order to perpetuate her ongoing vendetta with the Lollimops Cattery over a cat she killed 6 years ago. There is no such thing as a bad breeders list except in Zizzo's mind, and is mostly made up of people she harasses. It is not official and after you read some of her correspondence and here with those breeders you will be better able to understand that, and why she was suspended from CFA for her website and animal welfare issues..

The bad breeders list is includes breeders that had a problem with a kitten buyer. Remember please that there is always two sides to every story. Zizzo never presents both sides, and if she does offer some info from the breeders point of view, it is a cut and paste job of what she has been told,  to present what she wants to say. Never accurate, always with her spin. If you have ever dealt with the public you know that there are a lot strange people out there that will do almost anything to get their way. Well, Zizzo is one of these types and her site gives those people an arena to put forth their claims as legitimate, which is not always the case. Zizzo puts no effort into providing proof or documentation, or even in using common sense in deciding whether or not the claim is valid. These complaints are mostly he says/she says. Zizzo never bothers to research or back up her stories. She allows anyone with a grudge to file a complaint and without discretion or any concern for the truth or well being of the breeder, posts the complaint. Sadly all to often these complaints are ridiculous in nature, without merit, vindictive and very damaging to the breeder. May we point out here that in 6 years of having her bashing site she has only managed to post 40 some complaints. Considering there are thousands of breeders, and thousands of kitten sales, it seems likely there is very little need for such a site, OR most people have figured her out and do not want to be involved in her vendetta.

On her website she makes this claim;

"Since I have been dealing with breeding cats I just can not believe how many horror stories I have heard about cat breeders/private persons getting hurt, cheated, lied to, minipulated by other cat breeders, having contracts broken, being used, being taken advantage of, getting backstabbed, and not to neglect to mention gossip and troublemaking within the cat fancy society of cat breeder's, and not to forget cat breeder's actually selling sickly kittys & buyer's suffering the emotional & financial effects of this unjustice."
 

Yes, exactly Ms. Zizzo, this is what you did to all of us that tried to work with you. And more than one person has the same thing to say bout you!
You will notice that her cattery "Shar-Dew" is woefully absent from this list although I can attest to the fact that the cat that came from her had the worst case of ringworm I had ever seen, and that was an adult I was forced to take instead of the promised kitten, who supposedly died of an upper respiratory at 8 weeks of age. The cat she destroyed after having it for a year, was sick for 8 weeks before she took it to a vet by her own admission. Instead she took a sick cat to a cat show! She also bought a white cat from Karoun Persians, didn't have enough money, offered to make payments after offering only a $100.00 down payment, then wanted to return the cat after 4 months demanding her $100.00 payment in return. This cat also arrived back at Karoun with the worst case of ringworm the breeder had ever seen. Michelle did not have ringworm in her cattery so could not allow the cat back in,  it was given to a friend, with a loss of the cat and the money, read Michelle's letter.

Ms. Zizzo also dumped her many "pedigree cats" at the local kill shelter several times over the years, never notifying the breeders she got the cats from that she was throwing them away, including the sweet little chocolate girl I gave her, also covered in ringworm when we picked her up.  They were all rescued by several of the breeders she bashes on her website. She also cheated Debra Darling out of the money for 11 cats that she bought from Debra, never making the payments or supplying the "kitten back" she owed, then dumping those cats at the shelter as well. Or in my case, one of those cats was given to me for the "kitten" she owed me back for that kitten that supposedly died. She had not paid for this cat so had no right to trade it away. These cats came with the most severe upper respiratory and ringworm that it wiped out Ms. Darling's kittens for several years, and took me 7 months to clear on the adult and $700.00 worth of medicine, to say nothing of all the work and the exposure to my other cats even tho she was isolated.

So Zizzo's statement here is very accurate when you look at her practices. She has broken contractual agreements with Lollimops several times, failed to pay for her cats on time if at all, definitely took advantage of these breeders, manipulated them, lied to them (told Lollimops that she was a "newbie" when in reality she had been breeding for more than 25 years), and then turned them all into animal control when she didn't get her way, and dumped their cats at a kill shelter. (We were also all turned into animal control if we asked where our money was) And that does not even address the fact that she cared  nothing  about spreading her ringworm to their catteries.

And one would think we shouldn't have to mention gossip here, since that is all her site is, GOSSIP! She is the one who has backstabbed everyone she did business with, all over her website and the web, the evidence is plain to see, just type any of our names or cattery names into a search engine. She has caused severe emotional and financial distress and suffering to all of these breeders, to say nothing of the fact that she herself  has sold very sick cats. So yes, this statement fits her breeding and selling practices to a "T"!

OH and please look at what she did to Jackie Eckert just last Oct 2007, same thing. (And, yes we have ALL the documentation for these claims including the pick up slips for the cats left at the shelter) We have found over the course of years dealing with this person, that everything she writes and claims for others is exactly what she is guilty of herself.

All of these breeders tried very hard to work with Ms. Zizzo, hopefully to get her to clean up her cattery, but you can see how she repaid them. I was warned by this letter from Michelle Casserd  about Zizzo once she put the cat she got from me up on her site.

All of these breeders had a 25 year plus perfect record with CFA until Ms. Zizzo started making all her complaints. The complaints made by Ms. Zizzo are still the only ones every made about these breeders.

Her statements of  requiring "proof" of those making complaints is false when  all the "quasi" complaints made by Zizzo herself, to herself on her own website about breeders she has scammed, offer no proof or documentation what so ever that her claims are valid. She made them up! There is absolutely NO PROOF at all that any of the catteries listed are FIP infected, and if you read the websites on FIP, they will explain that catteries are never FIP infected and that almost all cats carry the virus and it would be highly unusual. FIP is a cell mediated disease, which depends wholly on the cats immune system. It is up to each individual cat. Her misinformation here is very damaging to the whole cat breeding community, but I guess she thinks the statement made at the top of that page makes everything ok, even though she still lists them as FIP infected catteries! There is contradiction after contradiction on her websites, because she cannot keep all her lies straight. Here is that statement;

"There is no proof this list of cat breeders who purchased from Lollimops, has ever produced kittens that died of FIP."

Then why are they listed there?

When a complaint is filed with her, she contacts the breeder named in the complaint, and begins her pursuit of blackmail, demanding money to clear the breeder's name and when that doesn't work, offering for the complainant to "ruin the breeder around the world". She then proceeds to call animal control on the breeder and files complaints in the original complainant's name with the Better Business Bureau, CFA, code enforcement, and that state's attorney general, although she has been repeatedly warned she cannot do this without their permission. No matter if the complaint is truthful or not. When she does not get her way, then of course the breeder goes up on her "Bad Breeders List", and she starts making her hundreds of posts about the breeder on every complaint site on the web and reporting them to government agencies..

You can read on her website exactly what she has to say about Purrshinka Cattery, (quoted below) and how she promises to ruin them for their association with Lollimops just for having a link on her website to the Lollimops website. Come to your own conclusions. This all started because Zizzo demanded that Stephanie take down that link.  This is another one of Ms. Zizzo's complaints made to herself!

   " Stephanie Ujhelyi owner of Persian Cats Online & Purrshinka Persians is also now considered a bad cat breeder just by association with Lollimop's alone.

  She promises to remove your complaint if it is "unfounded". Not true, do not believe anything she says, she will never take it down even if you prove it is unfounded. (See this woman's problems with Zizzo.) She needs that fodder so she has something to put on her site. She also promises to remove the complaint if you can provide proof to her satisfaction that it has been taken care of. Do not believe that one either, once she has the complaint it stays up forever. You cannot provide the proof that she wants, or she will tell you she cannot open your mail because it has a virus, or that she has changed the rules! Even if the original complainant wants to withdraw the complaint, she refuses to remove it. Proof, the Lollimops ( she bought one cat from this breeder, made a lopsided trade for another and received a third free, giving one pet quality old cat with ringworm that didn't belong to her, in trade for a show kitten and then wanted the cat back for breeding with Lollimops raising the kittens and giving her pick of litter) complaint is over 6 years old, the Hollyhocks ( she bought 11 cats from this breeder and only paid for 2) and Karoun (she bought 1 cat from this breeder, never finished paying for it and returned it months later now covered in ringworm, and wanting her money back) complaints over 7 years old. These breeders have dealt with an ongoing daily harassment by Zizzo for all of this time. She sends 9-50 emails every day demanding to be paid to take down the Lollimops complaint. Is that blackmail? Send us an email, we will be glad to forward the over 300 harassing, threatening emails for you to read yourself, or read some of them here.

Ask yourself this question, "Why has one person had so many problems with so many breeders? Is it all the breeders being complained about, or the one person doing all the complaining?" Could it be that she is the problem? And this question, is it normal to keep up this kind of behavior for over 6 years?

She also searches the classified ads constantly, contacting people trying to find out what cats are behind the ones being sold, putting up ads of her own saying, "don't buy from this breeder", posting nasty feedback, claiming fraud if the cats pictured do not fit her criteria, gathering names and addresses of breeders to put up on her site, harassing the breeders, even chocolatecats.com had to re-do their website because of her chaos, and Live Deal.com is considering removing their "feedback" feature( and they did just that last year, because of zizzo). You can see her demands of chocolatecats.com and the other cat sites here. And of course as always she is looking for more fodder for her website.

Here is one of her ads, where she wants a deposit, something she rants against on her site, and also says she will provide papers for the breeding, but that is not true since she has been suspended from CFA, she cannot register cats, or litters. She is also advertising for cats without papers, a "backyard" breeder practice, something else she rants against. Ad

She is also a member of the Persian Buyers Beware Yahoo Groups list where she trolls for complaints against breeders because no one actually contacts her to make complaints. She contacts posters asking them to go to her site to make an official complaint, refusing to tell them who she is. Why is that?

FIP Catteries

We would like to point out that NONE of the catteries that she has FIP complaints about are on her FIP list, only catteries with the Lollimops pedigree and not all of those are listed, only ones that she does not have personally in her own cat pedigrees. Not one of these catteries has a complaint filed with zizzo about any kind of disease problem from anyone other than Ms. Zizzo, and if you read the correspondence sent to these breeders by her, you will see that it has nothing to do with FIP but everything to do with vengeance and blackmail.

She has posted this disclaimer right at the top of her "FIP Infected Catteries page; if this is the case then why are they being listed as an FIP infected cattery? Isn't this contradictory? .

 Proves everything we have been saying about all of this, it is all lies made up by Ms. Zizzo who is just being vindictive.
The FIP infected cattery list is nothing more than a list of catteries that Zizzo spent days searching the web for, and found on the internet with the Lollimops cattery behind them. These catteries were proud of their cats ancestors and wanted the world to know their lineage, so they proudly displayed the pedigrees of their cats listing the Lollimops Cattery. They had no idea that it would cost them so dearly, and would be part of Zizzo's harassment and perpetually fraudulent claims.  She has received NO complaints regarding these catteries and has no idea whether they have ever even had a cat with FIP or not. She immediately demands that the cat in question be euthanized or spay/neutered, without proof of problems of any kind, and demands that the cat in question, not be used in any breeding program, or she will post said breeder on her "bad breeders list and FIP infected catteries list". If you provide her with proof the cat has been put down or altered, then she will remove your name. Don't believe that one either, we once again refer you to Ms. Germain's encounter with zizzo. This is blackmail and simply one more attempt on her part to discredit and harass the Lollimops cattery and scare anyone that may want that line into not using those cats, for fear of being listed on this list. It has no validity, and she provides no proof. This is all part of her vendetta, she just made it all up! Here is a  link to her extortion letters to these breeders.

And Ms. Zizzo may we remind you that the corona virus responsible for the mutation into FIP is passed on thru the litter box, so even if the cat was spayed/neutered and was still allowed to be in the cattery it could still pass on the virus, assuming of course that the cat carried it! So, once again Ms. Zizzo makes no sense and is making unreasonable, unqualified demands.

She even goes behind the Lollimops pedigree claiming that catteries listed back many generations in the pedigrees have FIP infected catteries, all of this with absolutely NO PROOF what so ever. The cat she gave Lollimops is even behind these pedigrees, wonder why she doesn't name those catteries?

That being said, every cattery is going to experience FIP at one time or another. All cats carry the virus, it is just a matter of whether or not the cat's immune system can sufficiently fight it off or not. You can read all about FIP on some of the websites listed on this page especially Dr. Diane Addie's website. Do not blame the breeder if your kitten dies of FIP, there is no way to prevent it, no test for it, no vaccine that actually works, and no way to cure it and no way to know which cats will mutate the virus fatally. And, if there are other cats present, and you have the cat for more than a year, there is no way to know from which home the kitten picked up the virus, and kittens will always be more susceptible because of immature immune systems.

Most people are very reasonable about this disease and will work with the breeder, most breeders will offer a replacement within certain guidelines, all of which Zizzo either ignored or refused to follow.

Do your homework, don't believe what she says, she has no idea about this disease, is no authority and makes no attempt to educate herself. She is spreading false and misleading information. She just has another cut and paste job of what she wants to say about FIP taken out of context from legitimate articles and posted on her site.

Ms. Zizzo,  all those catteries that you have listed as FIP infected, we are demanding that you provide proof that what you are claiming is true! You cannot make accusations about people without proof to back it up, or it is called slander and libel! You say everything is 100% true and you have proof. Please post your truth, or stop making unsubstantiated claims.

Once again here is the list of breeders Zizzo complains about herself, to herself, on her own website. None of these breeders has anyone but Ms. Zizzo complaining about them, and all of them were written up by her when they refused to put down their Lollimops cats, or spay/neuter it, and end their friendship Melanie Lowry. That is the ONLY reason they were listed as having FIP infected catteries. This is a huge list of people to attack for no reason other than "not getting your way". All of these breeders stepped forward to back Lollimops, which made Zizzo go ballistic. Is this a control issue, or a jealousy issue?
