Zizzo's Cat Trades

Look at the praise Zizzo gives Lowry here, this was posted on her first Cat breeder website  just 2 months before Zizzo started to wage her war of slander, libel and and pure mean spiritedness against Lowry.

This was also put up after the first time Zizzo called animal control on Lowry for asking where her money was. And also after the phone call threatening to call animal control "again", make complaints to CFA and the BBB and bring the police to Lowry's door. All because she thought Lowry was not going to give her the papers on the cat she was over 8 months late with payments for, although Lowry had never said anything to make her think that she would not get her papers if she finished paying for the cat. In fact Lowry had not talked to her in several months, ever since Zizzo had gotten abusive with her on the phone for asking where her payments were, screaming at her that she was just greedy, and then sending animal control to her door.

Here is a link to the story about the car trade.

Zizzo now states on her website that Lowry contacted her  and asked her to buy a kitty. Another whopper! Why would Lowry do that? She didn't know Zizzo, and unfortunately had never even heard of her. But look at what she says here, that "she wanted a Himalayan of quality".

Zizzo contacted Lowry because of a show quality cream point male she saw on Lowry's website, and she states that here.

She repeatedly contacted Lowry about the cat, but finally admitted she did not have any money. She told Lowry that she was just starting out, a "newbie" was her word. Zizzo continued to call and ask about the cat.  Lowry thought she was a little retarded so decided to help her, thinking no one else would. You have to understand here that Lowry's daughter used to work for TheArc, (http://www.thearc.org/about.htm) an organization for mentally retarded people. Her daught has a special place in her heart for downs children, so Lowry is a little more incined in that direction. So in order to be a good Christian Lowry tries not to be judgmental. You also have to understand here that Rosemarie will harass anyone to death in order to get her way, and often Lowry gave in just to get her to leave her alone. Calling 8 or 9 times a day, sending 10-20 emails a day, always asking the same questions over and over. Lowry like others before her thought she could help Zizzo.

When Zizzo kept calling again, and again she asked Zizzo if she wanted to do a trade. Zizzo advised that she had never heard of doing that and wanted to know what was involved. (Later Lowry found out that Zizzo had done a lot of trades, and many with Debra Darling, cats she failed to pay for or provide the agreed upon trade) Lowry also wanted to know why Zizzo wanted a himalayan since visiting Zizzo's website and seeing that Zizzo had silvers, goldens, bi-colors and oriental shorthairs and siamese, she could not figure out why Zizzo needed a himalayan and where she was going with her breeding program. When asked, Zizzo advised that she had "never" had a himalayan before but had always wanted one. (see comments & thoughts) Actually Zizzo was trying to produce cats that would sell easily so she could make "money" on the backs of her cats" as she accuses others of, that is exactly why that thought is in her head.

After confirming that Zizzo had show quality silvers (by Zizzo's own admission) she decided to do a "trade" to help her out, so the next time Zizzo called she asked if she had any kittens, and were there any females of quality. Zizzo said she had a litter due any day out of two show quality silvers and expected something very nice. She offered that Lowry could have "pick" of litter. Once the trade agreement was firmed up, Zizzo called demanding to be able to take "her" kitten home immediately so she could raise it her way. Lowry wanted to wait until the litter was born and confirm that a nice silver female was included and that it would survive. No way, Zizzo wanted her kitten now and was very insistent and  very intimidating. (Should have been Lowry's first clue)

She finally agreed to let Zizzo come and pick up her kitten, but Lowry would hold the papers back. That was fine. Zizzo made the hour drive the next day to get her kitten. She wanted to make sure that Lowry understood that she was NOT coming to socialize, that she didn't like people and just wanted to be able to pick up her kitten and leave. Hmmm.

That is exactly what she did. She was not at Lowry's more than 5 minutes, picked up the kitten, signed the contract and left!

Months went by with no word from Zizzo about the silver litter, so Lowry called and was told they were all sick, noses crusted over and Zizzo was just waiting for them to all die, several having already passed. These kittens were in the 8-10 week age. Lowry was horrified and told her to take them to the vet for anti-biotics, that they did not have to die! Zizzo thanked her and said she would do that. Several more weeks went by with no word from Zizzo, so Lowry called again and Zizzo advised that all the kittens had died. (Lowry now wonders if Zizzo had just sold them all and was avoiding her.) So Lowry was out her kitten, but still held the papers on the one she had provided.

Months late she did find out that Zizzo had listed those very same kittens for sale on the internet.

More time passed and Zizzo called to make an offer since she wanted the papers on her kitten. Lowry listened and told her she would think about it. Zizzo offered a "two year old silver female, proven, very nice cat" Lacy she said, but advised that she was not show quality. Thinking she would never get her kitten, Lowry decided to take the offer, re-affirming that the cat was two years old and of at least breeder quality. Zizzo advised that she was. And did she have any health problems, of course not!

Zizzo did not have the right to offer this cat to anyone. She had not paid for the cat. Zizzo still owed Debra Darling for this cat because this is one of the cats that Zizzo dumped at the pound and Darling bailed out. Debra had allowed Zizzo to have the papers even tho Zizzo had not ye paid for her. Of course Zizzo never told Lowry that she didn't have the right to trade the cat.

Zizzo brought the cat down. Lowry offered to take her to lunch, Zizzo accepted but was upset that Lowry would not  turn the cat loose before leaving. There was no way Lowry was going to put her own cats at risk for anything until she had a chance to check the cat out, and put her in quarantine. Good thing!

The cat upon inspection had an upper respiratory, one eye that continued to run for months, and a severe case of ringworm. Her fur had been hacked off in clumps and she was the most "pet quality"  street looking persian Lowry had ever seen. When Lowry examined the papers, the cat was 6 years old, not the 2 Zizzo had claimed.

And PLEASE, look at the contract she offered on the cat. She wanted the cat back for breeding and wanted Lowry to raise the kittens and give her PICK of the litter. What a deal! and she wanted it to happen fast, time is of the essence! Sheesh!

Was this a fair trade? A 6 year old cat at the end of it's breeding career for a kitten, a pet quality for a show quality, a healthy kitten for an adult that was sick and covered in ringworm. A completely unsocialized cat for a sweet friendly baby. And Lowry was supposed to take the cat back to Zizzo for breeding, re-exposing it to whatever Zizzo had going on, raise the kittens AND give Zizzo pick of the litter. Did this deal have anything to do with being fair? As Zizzo would say totally in favor of seller, not the buyer! Sheesh! Lowry signed just her first name so it would not be legal,  just so Zizzo would leave!

It took 3 months to clear the upper respiratory and some very expensive drugs and a lot of work, but that was nothing compared to the ringworm. The ringworm took more than 7 months to clear; weekly bathing and dipping in lyme sulpher, and extremely expensive drugs, and lots and lots of work. To say nothing of exposing all of Lowry's cats. And Zizzo wanted this cat turned loose upon arrival!

The cat was bred once and petted out. The kittens all came down with severe ringworm! So the work started all over again.

Shame on you Zizzo, you traded a cat you had no business trading because you had not paid for her, a cat loaded with ringworm, sick with upper respiratory, a cat that you had misrepresented as to quality and age and then had the audacity to demand back for a breeding and force Lowry into raising the kittens AND taking first pick. Wow, could this get any more crooked or dishonest?

Conclusion=Zizzo owes Lowry, for the difference in quality of cats, definitely for the age difference, for all the medication. Roughly about $3000.00

Compensation for exposing all of Lowry's cats to ringworm and upper respiratory, to say nothing about compensation for all the work, priceless!

Who is the charlatan, swindler, scammer here? Totally 100% in favor of the seller?
