Is CFA able to deal with human responsibilities?

Yes CFA is, but Zizzo clearly isn't.

  • When I filed a protest with CFA about exposing Melanie Lowry & how Ms Lowry knew 1st hand about the abuse & cruelty at the hands of her best friend Debra Mitchell  & what she was doing to her cats. And the facts that Melanie Lowry was actually taking care of Debra Mitchell cats while she was in jail, [through the direction of a CFA rescue] that was when CFA realized I was considered a   danger to their organization [or they call it the cat fancy

  • One of many complaints filed by Ms. Zizzo
  • We need a clarification here; why anything that Ms. Lowry or Ms. Mitchell does any of Ms. Zizzo's business? Is Zizzo responsible for these two  women, is she their guardian or keeper? Why does Zizzo think she has the right to stick her nose in and complain about something, anything that has nothing to do with her, does not involve her or her cats, her family, or her friends and is pretty much NONE of her business? Ms. Zizzo, what does this have to do with you?

  • Ms. Lowry was not responsible for Ms. Mitchell’s cats, and unlike Zizzo does not stick her nose into other people’s business! Ms. Lowry had not ever been to Debra Mitchell's house until right before she was busted.  Ms. Zizzo knows nothing of the situation at Mitchell's never having been there, seen the cats, the house, or even met Ms. Mitchell.

    Ms. Lowry never took care of Ms. Mitchells’ cats for her while in jail and never told Zizzo that she did; the cats having all been placed by that time, except for the ones confiscated by animal control and destroyed. Ms. Lowry had not spoken to Zizzo for over a year and half since the time Zizzo had begun her attack on Ms. Lowry. So, there was no way she would have known if this was the case, so once again Zizzo just made this up to satisfy her own demand for attention. And let’s get this straight also, CFA never directed Ms. Lowry to do anything, least of all take care of those cats that already had been placed or destroyed a year prior to Ms. Mitchell going to jail. In fact CFA never responded to or returned Ms. Lowry's calls about the cats in the shelter about to be euthanized. Plus Ms. Mitchell was prohibited from ever being around cats by the court, so Ms. Mitchell would not/did not have had any cats that needed to be cared for. Once again Zizzo talking about things she knows nothing about. This only happened in her head and is a total fabrication.

  • Let us get one more thing straight here, Zizzo accuses Ms. Lowry of “turning a blind eye” to Mitchell’s situation, and to taking care of the cats. So which is it Zizzo, did Ms. Lowry take care of the cats or turn a blind eye?

  • Zizzo is a danger because she does not tell the truth and has no clue as to what the truth is or even what is going on and makes no effort to find out or understand it. She just makes things up and posts them for all the world to read! She is also a menace because she calls animal control on anyone who does not let her have her way.  Has she ever stopped to think what that means for the animals? In some cases euthanasia. Is that good for them?

  • And she claims to be a member in good standing with PETA  with high up connections that she will sic on you! An organization that real animals lover's want nothing to do with, because of it's connection to terrorism and the fact that they want to do away with ALL animals as pets!

    Why? Because I would be exposing what CFA has tried to hide for years. CFA has not had any waves from the public, and they went about their cat fancy business, having shows and all they they do. Meanwhile the only real time you hear about a bad pedigree cat breeder abusing and neglecting their cats is when it hits the news papers.
    
     
  • CFA is not trying to hide anything, and if Zizzo actually knew what CFA was doing she wouldn’t be making this statement. Shows her ignorance. This is only a very small minority of cat breeders of which she herself was one. CFA has no control over how breeders care for their animals. Most agencies are recognizing animal hoarding as a disease, but since Zizzo is ill herself she would have no idea about this. We shall examine the care given to Zizzo’s own cats on another page.
  • Let's not forget that Ms. Zizzo was kicked out of CFA herself for animal welfare issues of her own.

    And of course CFA puts in their 2 cents to justify their dealings with that partiular bad breeder who has gone to jail for crimes against animals, CFA says, "your services will be suspened for life." CFA then washes their hands of this bad breeder and goes on to the next "crimes against animals" case this this goes on and on.

  And basically know one really brought the details to light except when it was posted on this site. The case with Debra Mitchell was when CFA realized there is gonna be serious problems with Rose Marie Zizzo. That was the reason why my services were suspened for life because CFA was now being watched, by my organization and I was now taking official complaints from buyers that CFA should have been addressing all these years. But CFA said, they dont want to be "cat police" & if you have an issue with a cat breeder bring it to small claims court.
• Yes, there is a serious problem with Rose Marie Zizzo, she is unstable and attacks everyone that she cannot manipulate, attempting to destroy their lives in the process. Ahe is extremely vindictive and she is not rational and this diatribe of hers proves our point.

• Zizzo’s suspension is for something entirely different, once again she just doesn’t get it! She was suspended for harassing other breeders, including constantly calling animal control on them, fabricating lies about them, stalking them and making constant unfounded complaints. (Her CFA suspension) This was considered “detrimental to cats and the cat fancy”! To say nothing of the mental well being of those she constantly attacks. Her suspension also includes "animal welfare" issues, meaning she is the one cited for not taking care of her cats.
  
  CFA has a tremdous responsibilty to the communities of the USA & the world, since they do promote & encourge cat breeding. And in that very practice of encouraging and promoting cat breeding it is essential for a breeder to have many cats under one roof and have many cats for many different reasons for the purpose of breeding the best of traits to the goal of producing the perfect cat. To bring the cat/s to show and have or be the best of the breed.

                   CFA has alot of very informative and very responsible programs set up dealing

                   with   the pedigree cat fancy, and I do commend them for all they have evolved from

                   & all that they are involved in. CFA has cetainly done their research and done their

                    home work.

• Oh I am sure they are ecstatic over your commendation Zizzo! What a stamp of approval!
  
  But there are a few issues I would like to share that CFA needs to give serious attention to and consider as part of their current updated programs.
  
  [1] Dealing with complaints from buyers purchasing pedigree cats
  
  a. A registered CFA cat breeder needs to sell healthy kittens
•  
• Unlike  Zizzo, with the ringworm from hell and the killer upper respiratory! Once again, do as I say not as I do!
•  
• She bought a healthy kitten but did not take care of it, look at the picture. Why would she take it home if it was not healthy and then come back for 2 more? In fact there are several emails from her stating just how healthy the cat is for almost a year. She even took the cat to a cat show a month before it died. So if it was sick when she bought it she says, why did she buy it? If it was sick when she got it why did she not notice it was sick until a year later? Why if it was sick when she bought it did it not get sick for a year?
• 
  b.Be a honest breeder

• Ms. Lowry is a very honest breeder and no one has had a problem with her except Zizzo! And CFA thought so as well, so did the BBB and the Attorney General of the State of California! All places Zizzo made repeated complaints to. But Zizzo has problems with everyone and spends her whole day making complaints, everywhere!
• 
  c. Not have a kitten mill, like Melanie Lowry who actually makes a living selling these poor creatures. IF CFA put their stamp of approval on Melanie Lowry's cattery by giving her a Cattery of Excellence Certificate then CFA approves of Lollimops underhanded business practices and the selling of FIP infected kittens & conducting fraud with her buyers, that is horrible and very bad what is that saying about CFA?

• Melanie Lowry has been investigated thoroughly many times by CFA and animal control because of the many complaints made by Zizzo. It was not found that she had a kitten mill, or sold sick kittens. There is also an animal control report that backs this conclusion. See that here.

• Once again Zizzo has no understanding of FIP! All cats carry this virus, it is the immune system of the cat that is at fault! She should have studied this disease because she is/was a cat breeder.

• Ms. Lowry did earn her Cattery of Excellence Award, something Zizzo is very jealous of, since  she kept her 15 cats in a travel trailer where she lived. They were forced to exist outside on the cement slab next to the trailer.

                  a.If Melanie Lowry can get a Cattery of Excellence certificate the program has failed

                  terribly & has absolutely no merit at all. It just represents a false sence to satisfy the

                  ideal of goodness. In other words its just pacifying buyers of pedigree cats, which is

                  an insult.

• Still more of the ranting. A breeder has to pass a strict inspection to receive a Cattery of Excellence Award. Do we sense a little jealousy here? Why doesn’t she have a Cattery of Excellence Award? Ms. Lowry had the COA for almost two years before posting it on her website in response to Zizzo’s asking her why she didn’t have one! So she was upset that Ms. Lowry didn't have one and when she found out that Ms. Lowry did, then the COA had no value! Once again, can't have it both ways Zizzo!
  
  b.Demand the cat breeder get a vet that is NOTtheir own so this vet will be harder on the cattery conditions of the breeder. And not be bribed by money or movtived by greed

• Is she suggesting here that Ms. Lowry bribed her vet?  We hope not and are sure that the vet would be very upset to be accused of that. But nothing seems to stop Zizzo in her rants. She has no basis for this accusation. She has been to Ms. Lowry’s home on several occasions and knows that she did not see any cats kept in deplorable condition nor did she see any sick cats. Why, if that was the case, did she come back two more times for two more cats! And why didn't she report it to animal control since she is always so quick to do that when throwing a temper tantrum? It was only after being asked why she had not made her payments on the cat for 5 months that she was prompted to call animal control.
  
  [3]Reason for cat disease's is 100% mainly because of the diets of store bought cat food.
  
  a. This WINN program is spending money on research, for what?
  b. If a person goes to the store and buys cat food and looks what is inside of this cat food one automatically knows all the drugs, chemicals and suppplements into what they call cat food, all that is killing our cats and causing serious diseases unheard of 50 years ago. It does not take a rocket scientist to know this.

o        I am sure the Winn foundation will be appreciative of this info, after all they are not rocket scientists, they are researchers dedicated to helping cats and finding a cure for diseases that plague cats. But we will pass on Zizzo’s info. And your degree is in Feline Nutrition  Zizzo? Do you have a degree in anything other than complaining?

o       
c. The perfect diet for a cat is a live mouse, bird, snake, rabbit, beef, deer, bird eggs etc., etc. That is the facts of life, like it or not. Manufactures of cat food can not duplicate the diet of a cat/feline so it makes this poison food that is literally causing diseases unheard of 50 years ago. Its not natural for cats to crunch hard cat dry food, its unheard of.
d.Cat must have raw meat diet, period.

o        There are two schools of thought on this, each cat owner needs to do the research and make the decision for themselves. But it is not Her Royal Highness Zizzo’s decision!

o       
4. A CFA cat breeder is an extention & representive of CFA itself

a. If CFA wants to keep a clean reputable image they need to start disgarding some of their liabilities [like Melanie Lowry with 35 pages of history in only 2 years of research & not to mention the 7 complaints under her belt by her buyers.] Melanie Lowry is destroying CFA's reputation & another one is Betty Sleep, Jackie Springfield just to mention a few, of these registered CFA breeders are an epitome of what bad cat breeders are about and what CFA does not want to be identifed with. And are casting a very dark cloud over the image of what CFA stands for eithically & honorably, worldwide. And these liabilities will be CFA's downfall for sure.
 

      Yes Zizzo and you were such a bad extension and representative that you were suspended! For LIFE! You are the only one bent on destroying CFA's reputation! Zizzo, get a clue here, CFA has been around a lot longer than you have !
 

o        Ms. Lowry and her 35 pages of history exist only in the inner workings of Zizzo’s brain or what is left of it. Zizzo provides NO documentation to back up her claims. The seven complaints consist of 4 made by the same family(3 members each making their own complaint about the same thing, and then one joint complaint by the husband & wife together) all complaining about the non-return of a non-refundable deposit that they were advised of upfront. Should they back out of the deal, they would forfeit the deposit, especially since it was Christmas week. And this information was also on Ms. Lowry's website, and they were questioned as to whether they read and understood it.

       Check out Zizzo’s contract. Zizzo should have tossed this one out since she also is guilty of requiring a NON-refundable deposit.

       Almost every cat or dog website that you will visit warns of the NON-refundable deposit. This is not unique to Ms. Lowry.

       This is not even a legitimate complaint and has nothing to do with her constant rant about “sick” cats. Zizzo is just greedy for filler on her website.  Anything that she can glean against Ms. Lowry is fair game, we submit that this was a desperate attempt on Zizzo’s part to get more fodder for her website! If Zizzo was an honest person she would have explained about deposits to this family instead of egging them on and encouraging and helping them to make complaints everywhere. All the complaints Zizzo made about this to the BBB, the state attorney general, CFA and Paypal, were resolved in Ms. Lowry's favor. In fact Zizzo encouraged and helped these people to make a false complaint to CFA stating that they had actually bought a sick kitten, which of course was not true sincethey never took p ossesion of said kitten. A desperate attempt on Zizzo's part to make more trouble for Ms. Lowry.

       In fact Ms. Sleep (catbreederssociety.org) thought Ms. Lowry had been set up by Zizzo and both thought the original contact was Zizzo's son.

       Another of the "complaints" is her complaint to herself on her own website. Hmmmmm.

       There is also one from a person that Ms. Lowry does not know, never met, never had any business dealings with, and never even heard of until Zizzo posted the woman's letter on her website and sent Ms. Lowry a copy. Who is Susan Ives, why is this any of her business ? Another Zizzo type character. Once again, the irresponsibility of not having checked the facts, or even knowing what you are talking about.

How? With the wonder of the internet & computer access this site goes all around the globe and since CFA is known globally, this information and insider secrets will be revealed and sooner or later people, breeders, public, consumers, advocates against cat breeders will put 2 and 2 together to realize the role CFA is interjecting into the environment promoting and encouraging cat breeding and not taking responsibility for their CFA registered breeders actions & bad unethical business practices.As an example of this the public just questioned CFA Welfare Chairperson Linda Berg why CFA is still allowing Melanie Lowry to cheat, defraud buyers and still allow to breed [Read CFA unintelligentable answer to this serious issue.]

o        Only unintelligible to you Zizzo! Where is Zizzo’s proof that Ms. Lowry has cheated and defrauded buyers? She doesn't have any because there isn't any! Once again something that exists only in Zizzo's mind.

Then an unheard of response from George Eigenhauser counsel for CFA giving advice of a legal nature. Its funny when I wrote to him asking him about abuse with a cat Breeder Michelle Casserd it fell on deaf ears, but perhaps CFA is starting to realize they are not just dealing with felines and better start dealing with human beings once and for all.

           
                    And yet another complaint made by Zizzo?! How many is  that now Zizzo?

      Once again your complaint was unfounded and unintelligible! Does she never stop? Didn’t think this one thru did you Zizzo?

CFA is a organization that loves pedigree cats and cats in general, but what CFA does not truly understand the members of their services & fanciers are human beings that own cats, and CFA will not address the very issues that this organization has created. What is it? Human Being issues, such as complaints by buyers of these pedigree cats or between cat breeders themselves [not involving show issues]. I would suggest CFA hire a public relation coordinator or get rid of their unsalvageable registered CFA breeders.
 

o      The issues that CFA has created?

       Human Being issues?

       You are just whining again because all your complaints were "unfounded"! 

       It is only you they do not understand Zizzo!

       They did get rid of one "unsalvageable" breeder,  YOU!

When these CFA registered cat breeders have a litter of kittens and they are breeding at such alarming rates only CFA knows how fast, as they have the litter registrations to prove how alarming the breeding is. The breeders have to sell the kittens as one can not keep all these kittens. Well one of the responsibilities CFA has neglected to deal with is issues of dis-satisfaction of buyers from these pedigree breeders. That is the reason this site was founded to deal with the effects of bad cat breeders, bad breeding and business practices.

o    Why does a buyer’s dissatisfaction have anything to do with CFA? They didn’t sell the kittens, they didn’t even breed the kittens and have no control over those that do, even you Zizzo! They are a registering body only, not a policing agency! Get a clue! You were not dissatisfied when you bought the kitten, only a year later after destroying the cat that you had admittedly left sick for 8 weeks with no vet care. You never even tried to find out what was wrong with it.

o     Here are the emails from Linda Berg to Zizzo trying to explain why she was suspended. The highlighting is of course Zizzo's, except for the blue.

Your letter says Article XV Section Four which reads: Conduct of Club Officers, Breeders, Exhibitors, Show Officials and Other Participants subject to Board Discipline.

Then G which reads:  Any act or conduct seriously and patently detrimental to the best interest and welfare of the cat or the Cat Fanciers Association.

That is the consitution of CFA that I quoted above.  You have been permanently suspended using those articles of the CFA constitution.  This is lifetime.
