After complaining relentlessly to Godaddy about copyright infringement, this is the letter we received from Zizzo when we countered with a demand to to take us to court to prove her claim.

This is response to the claim made by RoseMarie Zizzo that I was infringing upon her copyright. Please make sure that she doesn’t receive anything with my address on it as she is stalking me and I have moved to get away from her. This is vital, as I feel my life is in jeopardy.So you feel your life is in jeopardy? Is this how you get others to feel sorry for you, "crying the blues", the "poor me's" again! That is all you do cry, cry, cry to anyone who will listen to your pathetic story over and over and over again. I have such pity for you, the lost soul that you are. Telling people I am stalking you, and you had to move to get away from me. You had to move because you were forced to move by the Code Enforcement Agencey because you were running a profitable business selling pedigree cats in that shack you lived in, & had over 15 cats in there to boot, because you could not afford the Major Permit fee so stop the lieing. I wonder why that would be? After all look at all the people you stole money from, not replacing sickly cats. Poor sissy mary, scardy cat, Melanie Lowry, poor baby.

The pages that were “stored” on my lollimops.com site were just that, stored there until I could get my new computer up and running, because my old one had just crashed.Where did you get the money to buy a new computer? You got it on the backs of your cats, breeding them to death. Normal people do NOT go out and buy a new computer because the old computer crashed, they fix the old one You are such a liar and you know what? It becomes you. You dont know the difference between the truth and and lie anymoreThese pages were made for my amusement only and have been removed.So these pages were made for amusement only, what is so funny about them? You get amused about all the bad things your buyers say about you? How sickly are you to be amused about bad things, shame on your mind and heart. They were my work and not taken, or stolen from her site. You are such a liar, God has to help you I feel so sorry for how you live your life you are such a sorry lost soul. They were your work and did not taken or stolen from my site are, you for real or what?You will not find them on her site anywhere. You need to see someone about your lieing and even to your hosting compnay GODADDY.COM.This work was never linked to any of other pages on my site, it was not for public viewing and no on had knowledge of it except for me and one other person. Well that one other person sharing that information I believe that she once again “hacked” into my website, that is against the law and I do not hack nor do I know anything about hacking the FTP to be exact as she now talks about that on her site, and found those pages there. You are double talking, do you know what double talking means? Words that are nonsense & have no reasonable sence or meaning at all.She has learned that if she claims copyright infringement the site comes down. That is all part of her harassment. She knows no one checks.Here is the double talk again.

I have sent you copies of all the pages. I mistakenly sent one that was still in the rough draft state but has since been revised. My purpose of making these pages was amusement and to be able to respond in some way to her on going harassment. I had no intention of publishing these pages, as you can see by the page from her website that I have included about this, that she knew they were hidden. I used some of her comments for the purpose of responding to, or criticism as defined under the fair use law.Your mom & dad never did teach you to be an honest person at all, you are a liar and always will be a liar, it is so sad I pity you. I will count the days you stop breeding those poor innocent cats for your livelihood, you have no shame at all living off of cats, making them work for a living all for your creature comforts. God have mercy on your poor lost soul
