Let us look at this whopper! This written by Zizzo, easily recognizable by the illiterate way she writes! Did you think you could fool us? And Zizzo no one on the face of this earth watches ads the way you do. 7/24/365, we know that is you too, since you have used it already in many locations on your site. This is another lie because Lollimops does not always have an ad running! Zizzo is "protecting" their identity because there is no one, you made this up.

Who is she trying to fool? Certainly not us, must be the public she worries so much about!
Here she is using a "Cat Fancy Headline" to try to make people think she has some affiliation with the Cat Fancy, nothing could be further from the truth. Desperately trying to look legitimate Zizzo? They kicked her out, for life! And she has NO affiliation with the magazine of that name either. More lies, and deception, or is that desperation? Give it up Zizzo, your fraud will not go unnoticed. And who is going to believe this? We are laughing our rear's off!

Your illiterate writing will not be perceived as professional. Notice here too that she is desperately seeking more fodder for her website as she promises your identity will be kept in the strictest of confidence as she searched for more BYB( backyard breeders, she was one you know) and kitten mills, another description that fits since she bred lots of different breeds of cats, Siamese, Oriental Shorthair, Persians, bi-color, silvers and goldens, then Himalayans, whatever sold best at the moment. And she definitely fits the neglect discription, leaving her kittens untreated for upper respiratory and just letting them die rather than spend a few bucks on medicine. Euthanizing a cat without any testing to see if it could be treated or helped in any way.
OOOpps, Zizzo is in a huff and has locked everyone out again, except we know how to see what you are doing Zizzo! Besides how is everyone going to be able to read your garbage if they are locked out? Did you think of that, since you think that this drivel is important?

Here is Zizzo's real agenda, the hate literally drips off this letter
This letter was written to a breeder listed on Zizzo's site as having an FIP infected cattery. This person does not know Zizzo, or Lowry, nor has she ever had FIP. As you can see Zizzo is so consumed with her hate for Lowry that she will attack anyone. This is good because now Zizzo herself has put it out there exactly what this is all about and has definitely let everyone know how insane she is.
Zizzo again shows her stupidity about FIP, proving she knows nothing and in all this time has made no attempt to learn anything about this disease. She obviously has not even read the links on her own website. Just having a cat around that carries the virus can be detrimental, it is not about allowing the cat to breed. And please, why does someone who repeatedly dumped all of her cats at a kill shelter when she got tired of them, have the right to say anything about someone else's cats! And let's get real here, why does she have any right at ALL to demand anything of these breeders. Who the heck does she think she is?

I have also cancelled out my website and I will rebuild another when I return home. Business as usuall has been hurt some but this is not my primary website thankfully! Keep me posted as far as this bullshi- is concerned. I cant imagine what damages this has caused you in revenues. Im hoping you can still hold it together. You do have the most adorable cats. I wont be able to get Julianna and the other one, since the unexpected trip Ive had to make to Arizona. After this all blows over Ill get back with ya on some other cuties you may still have. I just want to let you know (like you don’t already know) that I’ve been contacted several times by this goofball Zizzo about having your lines. I found her wacko website where I was listed because I had Lollimops in the 2nd generation of one of my pedigrees. I emailed her about it and she was questioning it. I told her that your lines were behind my first show/breeding cat that I bought 3 years ago CH. BeauGatos Logi I’m Too Sexy… I told her that if anyone contacted me because of her site that I would tell them that he is one of my foundation males and he has produced some of the nicest offspring for me and I have not had any problems with them being sick. I have some cats that I have kept back out of him and they are all healthy. I’m sorry to know that you have had the problems that you had with her. I don’t care if she has me listed on her site or not. I know the cats that I have with the lines and I know how beautiful and healthy they are. She can say whatever she wants. FIP is not something that anyone can prevent, it’s just something that happens. If it could be prevented totally, we would all do it. It’s just not that kind of disease. For those who
don't know, I am one of the breeders listed on Zizzo's list for
My cat that has a Lollimop in his pedigree is a very healthy cat. In fact, he is one of the few pesians I have bought who's eyes aren't runny. He is an extremely loving and beautiful cat. I would gladly buy another cat with the Lollimop pedigree. I tried to tell Zizzo how nice my cat was from Melanie. She would have none of it. Zizzo DEMANDED that I have any cat with Lollimops in it's pedigree to be altered immediately and then I would be taken off of her list. Sounds like extortion to me. I reported her also to the Attorney General's office, Beaumont CA police dept and Yahoo. And if you are reading this Zizzo - just keep me on that list. So far I have received in the last week about 15 different emails from various breeders wanting to know what is going on. I tell them the truth. I send them to other breeders who have my cats with the Lollimops in their pedigree. They can hear how healthy my line of cats are. You will be your own downfall. You are holding a grudge against someone who didn't do what you wanted and now it's beginning to backfire on you. I don't know if it will attach or not, but this is a picture of my 'poor, unhealthy cat' with Lollimops in it's pedigree. Doesn't he look sickly? lol CJ

Hi list, I build websites as a hobby for several breeders. I had the Lollimops banner on the websites as a link exchange. This was maybe a year or two ago. She posted all the websites (including mine) as bad breeders because the Lollimops banners were on the websites. Unfortunately ... I removed the banners which was another victory for Zizzo. It has irked me ever since ! By the way I do own 2 Lollimops kitties and they came in perfect condition. Not the tiniest snarl and in top show condition. I am so sorry that you have had to deal with her for so long. That is too much for a person to deal with! Thanks for the compliments on my boy… he has been a total asset to my program and the cats that I kept back out of him, Mimi and Ben are very nice. Mimi is one of the best cats I’ve ever produced. There was no freakin’ way that I’m going to neuter and spay these cats to get off some stupid rinky dink website??!! That is laughable. Just so you know, I have not had any problems with the lines, that is just ridiculous to me. Why is Zizzo the only one?
We want you to know Zizzo there are many more out there with cats from Lollimops.
Let's see, there are 4 in New York, with 2 in Brooklyn, one in South Carolina, Georgia, Maryland, Washington, Florida, three in Alabama, several in Utah, one in Nevada, another in Kansas, Arizona, New Jersey, Texas, two in Tennessee and many more in California!
Question~why is it that none of these breeders had any trouble with Lollimop's cats, and why is that Zizzo is the only one that did? One would conclude that it was Zizzo that was the problem, but then , we knew that all along!
But what breeder can predict, prevent or do anything at all about FIP? It is a killer that stalks us all.
Conclusion=Zizzo is an illiterate idiot that refuses to educate herself!

We have been receiving letters back from the Attorney General, and the two district attorneys involved. They are very interested in Zizzo's extortion. Keep it up Zizzo, you just may end up where you belong, PRISON! And our Attorney is lovin it!

Thought for the day!
If Lollimop's cats are predisposed genetically to FIP, then why didn't the other "2" cats Zizzo received from Lollimops, die of FIP also? Didn't know she had two others? Well she did! and now never talks about them. Why? She dumped one at the kill shelter, yes we picked her up! She is alive and healthy today, and has produced some show babies. The other one we believe was also dumped somewhere but we have never found him, or Zizzo still has him and is still breeding him. BUT, since she never registered him or most of her other cats, we cannot track him. She didn't want to leave a paper trail for Social Security to follow. Do you still have him Zizzo? Still breeding that "genetically predisposed" to FIP cat? Probably since Zizzo is almost always guilty of what she accuses others of.
Another thought!
Why out of all the catteries she has listed as having kittens/cats die out of FIP has she only picked Lollimops to be genetically predisposed?

Needing more fodder Zizzo?

Things have been to quiet for Zizzo lately, so she has to provide fodder for her website by making things up. She now charges Lowry with unconscionable over charging for shipping. Well if you do not already have a clue that her site is for vendetta purpose only, I am sure this one will do it for you. She is attacking the shipping charged by Lollimops, but the shipping prices listed on that site are completely accurate. If you have a kitten under 9 pounds the charge is now $109.00, plus a gas tax charge, with Continental. BUT Continental does not fly into every airport! So other carriers sometimes have to be used and they charge $189.00 and so does Continental for an over 9 pound shipment. These are not prices made up by Lollimops, but by the airlines themselves and have nothing to do with Lollimops. All the buyer has to do is look at the price on the air-bill when they receive the kitten. Dah! But once again Zizzo is showing her stupidity. Shipping a carrier is also expensive, if you buy them from Revival as she suggests the shipping to the breeders is about $30.00, so buy a $13.00 carrier and pay $30.00 shipping, well, you figure it out! And some carriers are not airline approved so the breeder is the one best qualified to make that decision.
Can't stay off of the Lollimops site Zizzo? Obviously you have nothing better to do! How sad! Let's see your proof that Lollimops is over charging. These amounts do not include gas to and from the airport or vet, which can run about $30.00 additional. And please why is this any of Zizzo's business? It isn't that she just likes to cause trouble.
You remind us of a lady that used to live across the street, kept her blinds closed but was always peering out the window between the curtains with binoculars watching everything everyone in the neighborhood was doing, and then gossiping about everything she saw, or calling the cops on her neighbors all the time. Nosy!
Thought your site was for the protection of "kittys". Where exactly do you do that on your site Zizzo? This looks like a site that only has one purpose, to attack breeders Zizzo does not like. Please show us what it is you do to protect kittys as we are still scratching our heads on that one.

She is still so desperate to be part of the Cat Fancy (where she has been kicked out of for life) that she uses the banner headline "Cat Fancy Headline News", to look legitimate or to pretend to be part of something that she is not. What a joke since they want nothing to do with her! [see above screen shot] And she claims to want nothing to with them! But alas, there it is. Stealing an organization's registered trade mark can get you into trouble! HMMMM, think we will report this to the Cat Fancy and to the magazine of the same name.
Now she is slamming Lollimops shipping policy and if you want information about Lollimops shipping practices you have to write to her to get the info. Is that because she knows what she is saying is full of lies, or so we can't know and actually post the TRUTH here? No one cares what you have to say Zizzo! Because it is all lies and garbage anyway! Are you getting a clue here?

Lemon Law?
Well let's see what misinformation Zizzo is tossing around today. How about her copy and paste job of the lemon Law, which by the way is for DOGS Zizzo not cats!
Zizzo has this law copied and pasted on her site, and may we add "stolen" from dogplay.com. Here is the key statement in this whole thing Zizzo, read it and get smart!
The sale of dogs is subject to consumer protection regulation. In the event that a California licensed veterinarian states in writing that your dog is unfit for purchase because it became ill due to an illness or disease that existed within 15 days following delivery to you, or within one year in the case of congenital or hereditary condition, you may choose one of the following:
The dog or in this cat, has to become ill within 15 days of purchase, NOT A YEAR! When are you going to actually become an honest upright citizen? You keep tossing out all these guidelines for others to follow and yet, you never bother to follow them yourself! Another case of Queen Zizzo making decrees she has no intention of following herself! And where is that NECROPSY? Once again Zizzo for your information a biopsy is NOT a necropsy!

Hmmmm, one only takes "biopsies" from living tissue Zizzo, and your cat had been dead for a few days when the tissue sample was taken from the Lollimops cat that you killed.
We wonder why you continue to pursue Lowry when you have never provided a cause of death? Is it because you actually did kill the cat to get a different color? Or is the cat really still alive? Since no necropsy was ever provided, one can only wonder!
Zizzo you demand that everyone follow the law and/or your guidelines, how about you following them? Why haven't you provided the required necropsy? You have never addressed that issue. HEADLINE-this is not "NEW" but old!
We would like to point out that on Zizzo's Daily News page, she has an arrow with the word "NEW" pointing to the Debra Mitchell story. Well this happened BEFORE 9/11 in 2001, and she has had the story, her version, up there for 3 years now so it is hardly NEW. Once again, she is just looking for more "fodder" or sensationalism to fill up her site since no one is complaining enough to satisfy her greed. One more thing, it is only up there to try to make Lowry look bad since Zizzo knows nothing of what happened, and never knew Mitchell, but tries to blame Lowry for someone else's mistakes.

Restraining orders do work. We just saw a major story on the news where it stopped someone printing lies in a news paper about a member of his community. She got a restraining order and he was ordered to stop or go to jail.
