The harassment by this slimy nut case never ends. Here are some of the emails and alias that she is using to contact friends of Melanie, and owners of her cats.

She is still attempting to extort (blackmail) breeders that she finds with Lollimops in their pedigrees. Don't answer her, just forward the letters to Sam Long at the Riverside District Attorney's office. When he has enough to present his case to the Grand Jury she will be indicted. So get those extortion letters in!

We sent her our "Thoughts & Observations" page which has a thought about all of the cats registered in a year to CFA. And an observation about her only having 33 complaints in three years, most of which are her own or just plain made up, in reference to all the cats (over 13,000 just Persians & Himalayans in one year) registered, it seems such a pittance, which turns out to be just .0008461% of the total. Well guess what? She now has the CFA stats posted on her website. LMAO!

Hope you're doing well. It's probably been a year or so since I've written you - I'm Hari from New Jersey - I bought a chocolate persian kitten from you years ago. Dexter's been doing great and we now live in Austin. Just thought I'd write and say hello - hope all is well on your end. You know, I googled you to find your email address again - and I saw some site come up that criticized your cattery. With further investigation, I saw that some psycho seems to be bent on ruining your business - I'm really sorry to see that. I hope it isn't affecting you too badly - I must say that my experience with you was great and Dexter is a fine cat! Anyway, just thought I'd write and wish you a happy 2006. Talk to you later!

Psycho! Ha, another one that has her all figured out! Too bad she can't figure it out! But she never has a clue, just never gets "it"!

One would think that with so much negativity coming her way about what she is doing, that she would want to run and hide. I mean if everyone talked about me the way they talk about her and the way they think of her, I would never come out in public again I would be so humiliated. I would not be able to hold my head up and be proud of what I was doing.

The wacko has filed for tax exempt status and to our horror it has been granted! But we will make sure that the Franchise Tax Board knows exactly what she uses her site for, we have the blackmail letters! We have fired off letters to Social Security, the IRS and the Franchise Tax Board. To say nothing of the Fraud Division of her local Police Department, and the District Attorney and the State Attorney General and the FBI!

But really, what is she doing with those donations? Certainly nothing to benefit animals. And if not then how did she explain the purpose of her "charitable work"? Blackmail, harassing cat breeders, making up lies that hurt and ruin reputations? Well the IRS is going to follow any donations made, if they are self serving, that is felony fraud! And by law she has to post that the deductions are NOT tax deductible, because she is not 501(c)3! And if she is not 501(c)3 then how did she convince the state that she had a "charitable" status? We have someone looking into that.

Once again, we are still scratching our heads trying to figure out what it is she does that benefits animals, or cats or anyone but herself.

Once again calling animal control on the breeders she hates most with no provocation other than she is throwing another fit. She has no evidence that they are abusing their animals, unless of course she is basing her decision on the way she treated hers! So she just lies to the animal control authorities? Such a good Christian value! So here we go, everyone get ready she is on the warpath. What twisted your britches this time? Finding out that we are not going to let you defraud the public AND take their money?

We have notified all the animal control agencies that she is at it again and we will be forwarding copies of her calls, they can trace them now, to the district attorney.

Good God Zizzo, this is second grade stuff, when are you going to grow up? We are all so sick and tired of your tantrums! You have a serious mental problem, please go get help! I am sure you would find a more normal life much easier to cope with.

No one thinks you are the least bit funny we all think you are pathetic and in need of help.

You can step away from all of this right now Zizzo, take down the site and leave everyone alone, the charges will be dropped. Remember you are going to take a lot of people down with you, Netzon and Pac-west, the person you had do the hacking! And all those that made complaints on your fraudulent site. We know your birthday is coming up so give yourself a birthday present. This has all gone far enough, in fact to far. You don't want to go to jail do you?

On that first page of Zizzo's site she is still soliciting donations, claiming to be a "charitable" organization! We mentioned it above, but can find nothing to back up her claim of being charitable, tax deductable or non-profit.

We have done some serious checking! The IRS does not have her listed as 501(C)3, the State of California's Secretary of State has nothing, the California State Attorney General has no charitable organization listed by the name of Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society Organization (isn't society and organization being redundant here?). We are wondering what charitable deeds she does? Dumping her cats at the local kill shelter? Harassing and blackmailing cat breeders? What is it PAALEEESE? We are so in the dark about this.

BUT....the Attorney General is going to look into it. If she is taking donations and using them to serve her own purpose, that is a felony. They want the money trail.

Apparently they have only excluded her from having to pay state income taxes, which does not mean that she can solicit donations and offer a tax deduction!

We are also wondering if she ever gets to the end of the Yellow Brick Road and meets the Wizard who will give her a brain, or help her find her own!

It seems Zizzo has impacted the whole kitten buying community. They are all running scared thinking that all breeders are selling sick cats. Once again the stupidity of this non-caring, unfeeling, extremely selfish person has us stunned.

We have been interviewing kitten buyers and breeders across the country. Kittens sales are down 50-60%, and not just with the breeders that Zizzo is targeting with her lies and hate. It seems that no one can sell their kittens thanks to Zizzo and her relentless campaign of hate mongering. This is the first January in our 10 years of being online that we have ever seen kittens still for sale on the internet, and the first we have encountered local kittens still available in Jan. throughout our 25 years of being part of the breeding community.

We are so sorry Rosemarie that God is not blessing your terrorist activities! But He cannot and will not let stand this kind of hate mongering in His name towards His children. Maybe this will teach you a lesson.

She has posted our Jan. 25, 2006 expose' on her website, thinking that it makes her look good!

It says she is responsible for buyers thinking all breeders are like her, selling sick kittens, and surely making all breeders despise her. Is that her goal? Guess she likes everyone thinking she running the cat world.

Well Zizzo keep it up there, let's everyone know what you are truly about! And we like that!

How sad is the fact that Zizzo wants to be paid(reimbersed) for neglecting her cat?

Zizzo claims Lowry owes her $1300.00 for the cat that she admits she neglected and left sick for 8 weeks. A cat that she only paid $1200.00 for on the first place. Zizzo didn't take care of the cat and didn't even bother to treat the cat when she finally did take it to the vet after admittedly knowing it was sick for 8 weeks. She put the cat down ,never ran any blood tests, never triedto find out if the cat could be treated, just ended it's life.

Now to the money she is claiming. What about the fact that she didn't offer up the promised trade for a show quality cream point kitten, lilac carrier. Lowry wanted $1200.00 for the kitten, Zizzo eventually gave her an over the hill, very pet quality silver female with a killer case of ringworm so bad that it had to be petted out because every time she had kittens she re-broke with it. The value of that cat? maybe $350.00.

And Zizzo also traded a broken down 20 year old car for a solid chocolate female that Lowry wanted a $1000.00 for. The value of the car, Blue Book was $325.00 if in excellent condition and it was far from that. So here is the difference in dollars. But we will give the benefit ofthe doubt to Zizzo here...but Zizzo still owes Lowry $1575.00. So even if the cat that she let die of neglect was $1300 which it was not, Zizzo still owes Lowry money. Do you hear Lowry boo hooing? Nope just sucked it up to bad judgment.
