Zizzo Contract with Lowry

CFA complaint

Let's look at this complaint.

There are several blatant lies here.

SO, is it a protest? A complaint, a demand?

She did nothing required by her contract to get a replacement.

The cat that she claims she paid $1300.00 for? But look at the contract, she paid $1200.00 and that was after being 6 months late with the last payment. When the payment was so late Ms. Lowry called to find out what was happening only to have Zizzo scream (and we mean scream) at her, saying that she knew now what Lowry was all about, the money! Then the next day animal control showed up at Lowry's with a complaint of sick and dying cats, and wall to wall feces. Lowry couldn't fathom who would do such a thing. But when Zizzo decided that she wanted the papers many months later on the cat, she left a message on Lowry's answering machine stating that she would complain to CFA, bring the police to Lowry's door and call animal control "again" on Lowry. So then we knew!

But all she had to do was finish paying for the cat! And she got her papers as promised.

Why is she telling CFA that she requested all of Lowry's cats to be corona tested especially when she offers no proof that her own are corona neg and were when she got his kitten?

Why does she think that CFA can get her a replacement or her money back? They are a registering body not a police agency, nor are they a court of law.

Where is there any proof or research to back up her claim of "Queens who have any kind of positive for FIP and yet die because of it should not be used for breeding."

And why please is it any of her business if the queen was still used in a breeding program? There is no proof here that the disease came from Lowry, could have just as easily come Zizzo's own cats. There is also no research to back up her claim that queens with a positive titre should not be used for breeding. If that were the case then no queen would be suitable for breeding!
