Emails to Melanie Lowry from Ms. Zizzo.
These
are just a few of the 20 or so daily emails we get from Ms. Zizzo, including the
very childish last one which was her response to our response to her claim of
copyright infringement. Not one of
these has been altered in any way except to remove the hyperlinks.
You will also find on here the response from animal control to Ms. Zizzo about
their inspection of my home at one of her many requests.
There is also a letter from Linda Berg, CFA animal welfare chair providing info on Ms. Zizzo's harassment. Ms. Zizzo is the one kicked out of CFA for animal welfare issues not Ms. Lowry, however we were investigated many times at Ms. Zizzo's repeated demands. Ms. Zizzo claims that Ms. Lowry is the worst breeder in America, but neither CFA , animal control, code enforcement or the humane society found any violations or indications of animal welfare issues at Ms. Lowry's home, though Ms. Zizzo repeatedly called all of these organizations on Ms. Lowry until she was advised that these organizations would seek re-imbursement and prosecution for all the fraudulent unfounded complaints she was making..
As a memeber of your national community we are socially
obligated to offer protection towards our fellow citizens/ buyers
from fraudulent corrupt pedigree cat breeder schemes. Whether
the schemes be financially or emotionally harming buyers or medically
negecting cats. We want to expose bad breeders so there is no chance
another buyer gets ripped off.

Yes, The North County Dept.
Of Animal Control went on site on January 28, 2004. The observed a total of 15
cats inside of the residence. Per Animal Control Lt. Mary Galliardo there were
in good health and no humane issues. I have sent a notice advising the property
owners the need to have the required Major Use permit for more than 6 cats. That
is pending until the end of the month, for them to respond, correct the
violations or be cited.
First off, here is the email from Zizzo stating exactly what her vet told her about FIP.

No one stole this woman's money. She had the cat for a year and didn't take care of it. How long is a breeder supposed to be responsible, and where does the new owner start taking responsibility? Remember she had 15 other cats living with her in a travel trailer. And she never provided the required necropsy to prove her claim.
In fact one might ask where is all the money she owes other breeders for cats she bought and never finished paying for.

of death, or let us speak to her vet. She denied us both. She had a 6 month
guarantee for illness and a one year guarantee for genetic defects. She had this
kitten for one year before it got sick. See her

check out the dates. The cat was actually 15 months old at the time.
