These are the complaints Ms. Zizzo wrote to herself, complaining about Ms Reynolds, someone she did not know but had written up on her website as a "bad cat breeder". She never bought a cat from this woman, never met her before court, and never had any complaints about her, has never been to her house so could not know the condition of her cats or whether or not she is a kitten mill. Ms. Reynolds has 6 cats. She accuses Ms Reynolds of having Lollimops cats, she did not and that was what this was all about.

Zizzo contacted Ms. Reynolds thru a Pennysaver ad she had placed for her kittens, simply because she lived in the general area of Ms Lowry. Zizzo fraudulently posed as someone interested in buying a kitten, and then called back wanting stud service, and gleaned all of Ms. Reynolds personal info under the guise of being interested in buying a kitten,  she is the "Potential buyer" listed below making a complaint. Ms. Zizzo slams Ms. Reynolds here for having a "no name" cattery, something Zizzo had for almost 30 years. Ms. Reynolds was listed as a bad breeder simply because Zizzo decided she knew Ms. Lowry, which she did not,  just because she lived in nearby town and placed an ad in the Pennysaver. She also posts private info about Ms Reynolds daughter, which is none of her business and has nothing to do with cats, it is just meant to harm.

Ms. Reynolds was written the nasty letter (and it was sent to her home) because she showed up to testify in court about Ms. Zizzo's behavior towards her. Zizzo claimed she had Lollimops cat and was thus an FIP infected cattery, altho Zizzo knew nothing of the sort because it was not true. Ms .Reynolds met Ms. Lowry for the first time over the phone when she was notified of being listed on Zizzo's site, and for the first time face to face at the court house.

While trying to leave the court room Ms. Reynolds was attacked by Zizzo, squeezing her arm and digging in her nails, and then kicking her. More adult behavior and in a court room! While the deputy witnessed this the judge did not, and Ms. Reynolds did not say anything until to late to have Ms. Zizzo arrested. Ms. Reynolds never said anything to Zizzo except in front of the deputy, so she was never yelling at Zizzo. Laurie also never stated she had lost business, and Zizzo denied to the judge having her listed as a bad breeder because of Lollimops, until Laurie read the print off from Zizzo's site stating that very thing.

Ms. Zizzo also reported Ms. Reynolds to the county code enforcement after this episode, claiming she had filthy conditions, had lots of sick cats and was making money illegally and that she was not zoned to have cats, all without ever having been to Ms. Reynolds beautiful million dollar home on a hill. She also here makes a claim that she is kitten mill without having information of the sort, nor proof to back up her claim. She also tried to report her to the IRS. Another unwarranted severe attack by Zizzo. Why Ms. Zizzo? Laurie has done nothing to you!

This was nothing other than vindictiveness.

Just a little chuckle here, Zizzo raised her right hand swore to tell the truth, yet the judge actually caught her in many lies, and insisted she give the court a correct address, since the court's mail always came back from every address zizzo gave.

Full of seething hatred keep me prisoners in court chambers

 

Dear Ms Laurie Reynolds,

  This letter is to express the fact I did not appreciate at all experiencing you intentionally holding your hand on the door handle of the court chambers, ording me I could not leave. You were holding the door shut with such tremdous force not to let me out of the door on May 23, 2007.

Nor did I appreciate the fact you were yelling & raising your voice at me, with such seething hatred and animosity. Accusing me of stating on our website you had Lollimops cats. And that you lost alot of business because of this fact. We know you do not have her cattery lines at this time. Just to allow you to know I never stated any such thing. I did state you were a friend of Melanaie Lowry and that is all I stated. So I would appreciate you getting your facts. Nor do I have anything whatsoever to do with your loss of business.

 

If at all you are losing any business selling cats from your residence like your good friend Melanie Lowry then you must know the kitten business has been down now for the past 10 years. Hardly anyone is advertising & many cat breeders have stopped breeding for various reasons. Not to forget to mention buyers are just not buying like they did years ago. You should know those facts. But now you want to turn Lollimops court case as an opportunity and blame your loss of business on me. It will not happen.

Another issue is since you earn your livilhood as a pet profiteer like your good friend Melanie Lowry do you also claim income tax for all the sales you have made under the table? That is called tax invasion and that is against the law.

Ms Laurie Reynolds I'd like to say this right to your face but a letter will have to do at this time. you are a liar and God will need to forgive you for lieing as you did. Another issus is you are not a witness to any of Lollimops court action, so get that straight upfront. If you are a witness you have to raise your right hand and state all that is said is the truth. You will not be able to do that because you are lieing thinking you are a witness for Lolliops case, as you are NOT at all.

Through this most unpleasant experience dealing with you and you attempting to hold me prisoner in a court of law chamber, holding the door as so I could not leave, & because of your seething hatred and anomisity directed towards me as a person, I would not recommend any buyer purchasing pedigree cats from you. And I will state these recommendations on our site also.

Expressed her idiot "paparazzi" behavior

 

June 25, 2007
Ms Zizzo went to court and then here came Laurie Reynold's down the hall. Ms Reynold's came past where Ms Zizzo was sitting and looked at her then sat down. Ms Reynold's then took her 2 hands placed them together & curled them up and placed them underneath her breasts, and "stuck her tongue out" and "huffed and puffed" and displayed begging motions, along with her upper body moving up & down simultaneously. As if Ms Reynold's was a dog sitting on her hind legs begging for a treat from her master. This is the kind of behavior she displayed right in the hall in front of everyone.

Then once inside the court Ms Reynold's was Ms Lowry's witness and told the judge she was well off and owns her own home and property and read the letter Ms Zizzo sent her to the judge. And Ms Reynold's herself admitted to the judge she has a "no name" cattery.

Then once the hearing was over we all left. Ms Reynold's followed Ms Zizzo out into the parking lot and came up to Ms Zizzo in a "sweet voice" and manner and said to Ms Zizzo,"why did you say I had Lollimops cats on your site"? Ms Zizzo then said, she did not.

Then in a matter of a split second Ms Reynold's behavior turned into an action of a slithering snake.

Ms Reynold's took our her camera from behind her back and said, "I need to take your photo becuase I am going to sue you and need it for the case". Then Ms Zizzo turned her head and walked away. Ms Reynold's continued to follow Ms Zizzo and was continuouly snapping photos with her digital camera and then followed Ms Zizzo to the car Ms Zizzo was brought in.

Ms Reynolds then started taking photos of the car and the licence plates. The driver Ms Zizzo was with told Ms Reynold's to stop taking photo's of her car & licence plates. We do have 4 witness to this harrassment behavior, better known as *paparazzi behavior, that was done by Laurie Reynolds.

Potential buyer shares

A potential buyer contacted our site and shared how Ms Reynolds' would talk about her personal family problems & troubles & go on and on & on. This experience took place on the phone while the potential buyer called Ms Reynold's to purchase a kitten. Ms Reynold's sells her kittens for only $300.00 because she sells them "without papers". But if you buy them with papers they are only $350.00!

The potential buyer called Ms Reynold's to buy a kitten, not to listen to Ms Reynolds's life story about her family troubles and family problems, Ms Reynold's poured out her life story, spilling out her guts for about 15 minutes to this potential buyer The daughter did not move in with Ms Reynolds after all.

Ms Reynold's would say that there is a possibility her daughter would move in with her at the Valley Center,Ca location where she will purchased a home.

There were so many troubles and problems Ms Reynold's would talk about, that the potential buyer got completely depressed after listening to all of Ms Reynold's troubles and decided not to purchase a cat from her after all.
