Today
Melanie Lowry of Lollimops Himalayans had her brand new domain website
lollimops.com suspended for copyright & trademark infringment of
™Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society. Organization [P-CBS.ORG]©® by her hosting
company Godaddy.Com
Inside of her website she had 7 hidden pages that were uploaded to the
FTP program, but not apart of her website & only gave these hidden pages to her
choice friends, belonging to the group of bad cat breeders to read.
Well guess what? One of those so trusted friends of hers, shared that hidden
information, and now I wonder if Lollimops can really trust anyone anymore after
this.
The 7 hidden pages url's were as follows:

In these 7 hidden pages she mentioned that she was a victim and for potential
victims to come.
Lollimops had always openly denied that ™Pedigree Cat Breeder's Society.
Organization [P-CBS.ORG]©® was copyright & trademarked. But I am sure having her
new domain suspended proves otherwise now.
Infact that was one of the main reasons those pages where deeply hidden
because she knew she was infringing on copyright & trademark laws against

these pages were deeply hidden and not linked to any other pages, then how did
she find them? She claims a friend of Ms. Lowry's told her. If this person was a
friend of Ms. Lowry's then they in no way would be in contact with Zizzo, since
they all know and despise what she is doing to Ms. Lowry. They don't care much
for Zizzo either! Nor does the rest of the cat breeding community!

This is in response to the claim made by RoseMarie Zizzo that I was infringing upon her copyright. Please make sure that she doesn’t receive anything with my address on it as she is stalking me and I have moved to get away from her. This is vital, as I feel my life is in jeopardy.So you feel your life is in jeopardy? Is this how you get others to feel sorry for you, "crying the blues", the "poor me's" again! That is all you do cry, cry, cry to anyone who will listen to your pathetic story over and over and over again. I have such pity for you, the lost soul that you are. Telling people I am stalking you, and you had to move to get away from me. You had to move because you were forced to move by the Code Enforcement Agencey because you were running a profitable business selling pedigree cats in that shack you lived in, & had over 15 cats in there to boot, because you could not afford the Major Permit fee so stop the lieing. The pages that were “stored” on my lollimops.com site were just that, stored there until I could get my new computer up and running, because my old one had just crashed.Where did you get the money to buy a new computer? You got it on the backs of your cats, breeding them to death. Normal people do NOT go out and buy a new computer because the old computer crashed, they fix the old one You are such a liar and you know what? It becomes you. I have sent you copies of all the pages. I mistakenly sent one that was still in the rough draft state but has since been revised. My purpose of making these pages was amusement and to be able to respond in some way to her on going harassment. I had no intention of publishing these pages, as you can see by the page from her website that I have included about this, that she knew they were hidden. I used some of her comments for the purpose of responding to, or criticism as defined under the fair use law.Your mom & dad never did teach you to be an honest person at all, you are a liar and always will be a liar, it is so sad I pity you. I will count the days you stop breeding those poor innocent cats for your livelihood, you have no shame at all living off of cats, making them work for a living all for your creature comforts. it just me or is this letter a little strange? She is so angry
that she lashes out at this person's parents! Showing obviously
that this how she relates to "parents".Chastises Ms. Lowry for buying a new computer? Since when is this ANY of her business?

How old are you Zizzo? 50 something?
There
is absolutely no way that Zizzo can protect consumers or cats as she claims.
If that were true then she could have saved her own cats from
the kill shelter.
She cannot even resolve her own numerous complaints with breeders she tried to cheat, and more than once.
She slanders and libels those listed on her site. She accepts complaints that are just as incoherent as she is, from people that are just as illiterate as she is, and the complaints themselves usually have no merit, and should never have been made in the first place. Complaints that no legitimate organization would accept.
There is no investigation done by a third party to confirm.
All complaints are stored on her site, and there are no other complaints about these things, or breeders on any other site, or with any other organization.
All the complaints that she has filed with other organizations in her name and names other than her own, have ALL been resolved, and not in her favor!
