Let's address these lies & accusations:

• Melanie Lowry
• With the aid of Betty Sleep all who are listed on this site called my mobile home park and told the manager that I was running a cattery business from my mobile [which was a total lie]
• Also stated my address was on my website [which was a total lie]
• The the above 2 names also called the animal control angency and reported I had 40 + cats.
• I was in the very process of finding homes for kittys I did have.
• I then called the owner of my moblie home and told her that someone called you and stated this!
• I did tell her I did have more then the amount of kittys I am suppose to have living here in this mobile
• She gave me a certain period of time to find homes for them
• I called a few rescue ladies to take a few of the kittys and the rest has to go into the shelter
• Melanie Lowry is totally responsible for making me have to bring them to the shelter for calling my mobile home manager and in turn they contacted the owner.
• But all things happen in this life for the best is how I see it.
• I am not at all mad or even hate Melanie Lowry, as I said all things happen in life for the best.
• The animal control was invited in by me. He did not even want to come in.
• He actually wanted to talk to me outside of my moble.
• I insisted he did come in!
• I asked him what is that all about?
• He said," someone called and stated you had 40+ cats!
• He asked me how many kittys I had?
• I told him 8.
• He said is that all?
• I said YES!
• I then asked him ,"if he would like to look around", he said, "if I did not mind".
• I said, "absolutely not!"
• He said, "your home is clean and the person who called is crazy".

Then I went on to tell them about Pedigree Cat Breeders Society. Organization© and I told him about Melanie Lowry who runs the kitty mill and lives of the income

Melanie Lowry has never, and would never call animal control on anyone, she doesn't like what happens to the animals when they step in. Ms. Lowry already earned the title of bad breeder for refusing at Zizzo's request, to call animal control on Debra Mitchell, earning her the "turning a blind eye" award.

 Ms. Lowry called all the rescues in Zizzo's area looking for her cats that Ms. Zizzo had just dumped at the shelter and some local rescues. One well known rescuer, "Cody", told her that he would find out what happened to them. He is the one that called animal control, and he told Ms. Lowry that he did when she called him back to see if he had found her cats. Ms. Lowry was very distressed by this since this was not what he had agreed to do.

She says it is total lie that she was running a cattery? Wow, is this a whopper!

Then why would she have 15 cats, have a registered cattery name with CFA and need a cattery website? And be advertising her kittens for sale on Yahoo Classifieds? and why did she need to buy cats from Lowry?

She absolutely was running a cattery, she had 15 cats on her cattery website, and several kittens for sale, registered in the name of Shar-Dew Cattery with CFA. The reason that there were only 8 cats there when animal control showed up is because she had just returned from dumping 5 of them at the San Jacinto Animal shelter, well known for having the highest kill rate in the state. Arrangements were made for these cats by Ms. Lowry and Ms. Casserd to be picked up, vetted, cared for and re-homed.

Her address was on one of her websites!!!!!! How do you think they got it?

Ms. Lowry did not report to her landlord that Ms. Zizzo had cats. Ms. Zizzo had invited Ms. Lowry to purchase a mobile in her park and move there. Ms. Lowry was just checking with the office to be sure that her cats would be welcome. The office wanted to know where she had gotten the idea that she could have more than one pet. When Ms. Lowry declined to state who she was talking about, the park manager named Ms. Zizzo and stated that she had been asking Ms. Zizzo about the cats for sometime because she could hear them.

She also advised that she had received numerous complaints about the noise from the cats, but Ms. Zizzo had repeatedly refused to allow her entrance to check. Ms. Zizzo had repeatedly lied to her about the cats or refused to answer and kept turning her in to the boss. Since Ms. Zizzo was already giving them trouble, they chose to act on what they believed. When she called back and asked if there was any way to prove the cattery business, she was referred to the Shar-Dew website.

Ms. Sleep & Ms. Lowry knew she had 15 cats and never ever dreamed that she could have 40 in a small travel trailer. So this is a complete mis-statement on someone's part, probably Ms. Zizzo's. But since neither Ms. Sleep nor Ms. Lowry called animal control on Zizzo this point is moot.

Melanie Lowry is responsible for me having to leave my pedigree kittys in that shelter in order to comply with the rules of my mobile home park

It is not Ms. Lowry's fault that Zizzo was not in compliance with her mobile home park's rules!

I will take full responsiblity for this issue, but Melanie Lowry hates my cats so much she wanted to see them get killed that is why she called the animal control and my park manager

Ms. Lowry does not hate Ms. Zizzo's cats, she does not even     know Ms. Zizzo's cats. This is a very childish statement. Ms. Lowry would never put any cats in jeopardy! Ms. Lowry is NOT responsible for Zizzo's cats being taken to a kill shelter.

The only one responsible for that is the one that took them there!

But once again, true to form, Zizzo is failing to take
                            responsibility for her own actions.

So be sure you give credit to where credit is due.
